Kevin V. Gresham II
Pastor Kevin Gresham, II serves as Executive Pastor of Greater Saint John Cathedral in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, under the leadership of Bishop Kevin Gresham, Sr. He previously served in youth and young adult ministry at Metropolitan Baptist Church in Largo, Maryland, and Israel Baptist Church in Baltimore. He also serves as Chaplain of Black Student Ministries at the University of Maryland, College Park. Licensed in ministry in 2013 and ordained in 2021, Pastor Gresham’s journey is marked by resilience and transformation. After overcoming early academic challenges, he went on to earn numerous academic and athletic honors while playing football at the University of Maryland, College Park, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance. He later earned a Master of Divinity from Wesley Theological Seminary and completed Howard University’s Advanced Executive Leadership for Ministers Program.Pastor Gresham has ministered nationally and internationally and is the author of Dead End or Divine Encounter? Discovering Opportunity through Adversity, a work inspired by his personal journey. His ministry has been featured on multiple media platforms, including the Word Network. He is married to Callece Wright, and they are the proud parents of two daughters, Kallie and Klark. Pastor Gresham remains committed to spreading the gospel and encouraging others through faith, purpose, and perseverance.

Jamal Berry
Jamal Berry is Educare DC’s President & CEO. In 2013, Mr. Berry began his career with Educare DC as an infant and toddler Master Teacher and prior to that he was a Head Start/Pre K Teacher in DC. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pedology from Bowie State University. At George Washington University, he earned a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Specialist of Education degree in Leadership and Early Childhood Special Education. Over the years, Mr. Berry has applied his knowledge of leadership and early childhood development to steer Educare DC to earning high quality program ratings and to earning accreditation with the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Mr. Berry is an advocate for young children as well as for early childhood educators. He is a contributor to numerous publications and podcasts, and he serves on multiple local advocacy Boards in DC. Mr. Berry believes wholeheartedly that if everyone does a little, no one has to do a lot. He is passionate about the future of early childhood education and is focused on having a lasting impact on the lives of early childhood professionals and families with young children.

Stephen Thomas Jr.
Stephen L. Thomas, Jr., JD is a Baltimore native, attorney, and Senior Pastor of Zion Baptist Church of Christ with more than a decade of pastoral leadership dedicated to faith-driven service and community impact. He is the founder of the Law Office of Stephen L. Thomas, Jr., LLC, and is known as a zealous litigator and trusted advocate who brings principled counsel to every client and cause. Reverend Thomas is an active member of numerous professional and civic organizations, including Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., the Maryland State Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Baltimore City.

Tracie Coleman
With over 25 years of management experience, Tracie is a visionary, results-driven leader recognized for advancing organizational missions and operational excellence across the public and nonprofit sectors. Her leadership is defined by strategic innovation, inclusive practices, and a strong commitment to community service. As an executive with the U.S. Copyright Office, Tracie oversaw more than $1 billion in fiduciary assets, earning seven consecutive clean audit opinions. She made history as the first woman and African American Chief of the Licensing Division, where she led groundbreaking outreach, communications, and diversity initiatives. She also served as Chief of the Financial Management and Administrative Services Divisions, providing leadership in human resources, financial oversight, and organizational change. A subject matter expert in statutory licensing law and organizational restructuring, Tracie has been recognized by the American Intellectual Property Law Association for outstanding service. She co-chaired the Copyright Office’s first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusiveness Committee and has contributed to professional publications and national programs. Tracie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard University, completed graduate studies in Financial Management at the University of Maryland, and earned executive leadership training from George Washington University, the Library of Congress, and the U.S. Copyright Office. She serves on the boards of the Cinderella Foundation and Queens on the Greens Foundation and is active in several civic, cultural, and professional organizations. In 2025, Tracie received the Arts Activist Award from Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., recognizing her impact in advancing the arts through advocacy and community empowerment. Guided by the words of Shirley Chisholm—“Service is the rent we pay for the privilege of living on this earth”—Tracie remains committed to equity, leadership, and service.

Brian Mack
Mr. Mack has spent his nearly 40 year career in systems engineering, program management, systems and information analysis, systems development, government acquisitions, and communications. He has served as a program manager and chief engineer for a multi-million dollar program as well as many other leadership positions. Mr. Mack is a certified project manager and an honorably discharged 12 year veteran of the United States Air Force.
